Cancellations & Appointment Times
In order to maximize your spa experience we recommend that you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your first spa treatment. This will allow you time to check in and complete our short intake form. Arriving late for your scheduled service will deprive you of valuable treatment time. We regret that we cannot infringe on our next guest's service time.
Spa package reservations should be made 2 to 3 weeks in advance during peak day and evening times.
Please be considerate and give us 24 hours notice for cancellations, this will allow us to fill the alloted time from our waiting list. Spa Packages require 48 hours notice of cancellations. A 50% charge may apply to bookings not cancelled within the required time. A Visa or Mastercard number is required when booking all packages. If your appointment is on a gift certificate then charges will be applied against it.
Considerations
To ensure the ultimate experience for yourself and other clients, please refrain from bringing children, cell phones and pagers to your appointments.
Valuables
Please leave your valuables at home, we cannot be held responsible for lost items .

Sterilization
Brooklin Village Spa Inc. adheres to sterilization procedures outlined by Health Canada .
Gratuities
Gratuities are always appreciated and at the discretion of the client. Envelopes are provided at reception.
