• Gift Certificates must be presented for validation.
• We require 24 hours notice to cancel any spa reservation.
• Failure to give notice of cancellation will result in treatment cost to be charged against the gift certificate.
• Spa package reservations should be made 2 to 3 weeks in advance during peak day and evening times.
• Gift Certificates are nonrefundable and must be taken as purchased. No substitutions.

• Our Gift Certificates are beautifully wrapped for immediate giving.
• You can order your gift certificates over the phone using your Visa or MasterCard. Please allow one week if you would like delivery. Please note that mailed gift certificates will not be wrapped. Order your gift certificate using the online form.
