It adds volume to facial tissue by injecting gel under the skin to instantly restore your skin's volume and smooth away severe and moderate wrinkles and folds, like your "smile lines" (nasolabial folds). In particular the folds which occur around the nose and mouth. With Restylane™ you can now have those beautiful full lips you've always dreamed about with Restylane™ injectable fillers.
Restylane™ comes from a naturally occuring bodily substance called hyaluronic acid. Restylane™ is the trade name for it: a clear Non-Animal Stabilized Hyaluronic Acid gel-like substance. For this reason, it's considered one of the many natural ways to improve one's facial appearance at the Brooklin Village Medi-Spa. Tiny amounts of the gel are injected into targeted areas of the skin.
